Carmen Wells

​​​​​​​Carmen Wells is a California native, born in Santa Barbara and raised in Northern California. Carmen graduated from Marymount University of California in 1994 with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Her past accomplishments include improving the functional skills program for special needs in Riverside County in 2017. Her unwavering passion lies in the noble pursuit of healing animals and advocating for those with special needs. Additionally, Carmen finds immense joy in partaking in Pow Wows, embarking on invigorating hikes, and conquering challenging rock climbing expeditions. Carmen is a proud pet parent to Neptune the sulcata tortoise, Bathound the Rottweiler, and Aubrey the calico cat.
